Our Commitment to Engagement
Our Commitment to Engagement
Engagement - We are committed to ensuring every Student feels included, connected and engaged in school life. Through positive relationships, consistent attendance support, meaningful opportunities to participate and strong partnerships with families and external agencies, we aim to remove barriers to learning and promote a sense of belonging.
We recognise that disengagement may indicate underlying needs or safeguarding concerns, and we respond with curiosity, compassion and early intervention to help every student feel supported, motivated and able to succeed.
We will promote independence by offering meaningful choices, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning and develop practical life skills, and supporting each student to build confidence and resilience at their own pace.
